Trouble finding your cookbook, or your download hasn't turned up? Here's how to sort it out.
1. Check your order confirmation email
After checkout, Shopify sends an order confirmation email with a link to your download. This usually arrives within a few minutes. Search your inbox for an email from Macro Cravings or Shopify.
2. Check your spam or junk folder
Order confirmation emails occasionally get filtered as spam, especially the first time you buy from us. If you can't find it in your main inbox, check there next.
3. Check your order status page
You can also view and re-download your order directly from the order status page linked in your confirmation email, without needing to search for the original download link again.
4. Double-check the email address you used
If you used a different email address at checkout than the one you're currently searching, try checking that inbox too.
5. Still stuck?
Email support@macrocravings.co.uk with your order number (or the email address and approximate date you ordered) and we'll get your download sorted.
A few things worth knowing
- The cookbook is a standard PDF, so it opens on phones, tablets, laptops and e-readers that support PDF files.
- Nothing physical is shipped, there is no delivery address or courier involved.
- You're welcome to print your copy for personal use.
