Macro Cravings is the trading name used on this store. If you need our full legal business details, get in touch and we will provide them.
What we sell
We sell one digital product: Macro Cravings, Desserts Worth Craving, a downloadable PDF cookbook of 94 macro friendly dessert recipes. This is a digital product only. Nothing physical is shipped to you.
Placing an order
When you buy the cookbook, you are making an offer to purchase, which we accept once your payment is processed. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify. We do not store your card details ourselves.
Price and payment
The price shown at checkout, currently £14.99, is the full price you pay. It includes everything needed to access the cookbook. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases, but the price you paid for your own order will not change.
Digital delivery
After payment, you will get access to download the cookbook PDF. This is usually instant. If your download does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder first, then see our Order and Download Help page or contact us and we will sort it out.
Your right to cancel
Because the cookbook is digital content supplied straight away rather than on a set date, UK consumer law lets you agree to start receiving it immediately, which means your normal 14 day cancellation right for online purchases does not apply once download access has been given. We will make this clear to you before you complete your purchase. Nothing here affects your other legal rights, including your rights if the product is faulty or not as described.

How you can use the cookbook
When you buy the cookbook, we grant you a personal, non transferable licence to download it and use it for your own cooking and personal reference. You can print a copy for yourself.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, upload, or publish the cookbook or its contents, in whole or in part, anywhere else, including on file sharing sites, social media, or marketplaces. All content, recipes, text, layout, and design in the cookbook belong to Macro Cravings and are protected by copyright.
Recipe information
Calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat are calculated from the ingredients listed in each recipe. These are estimates. Actual values can vary slightly depending on the specific brands and products you use. The cookbook is intended as a recipe resource, not medical or nutritional advice, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional if you have specific dietary or health needs.
Age
You should be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to buy from this store.
Our liability
We provide the cookbook and this website with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from your use of the cookbook or website.
